Pecan butter stuffed strawberries dipped in chocolate
Puree pecans and unsalted butter for a thick consistency-2 cups pecans to 1 Tablespoon of butter

- 24 each Long stem strawberries
- 8 oz Pecan butter
- 12 oz. Semi sweet chocolate Melted
- NOT the stem end, but the point of the strawberry, hull out the point with a old time veggie peeler, using a pastry bag filled with the pecan butter, pipe into the strawberry as much as the berry will allow. dip into melted chocolate, place on the parchment paper until you are finished will all of the strawberries.
