  • 16 oz. Semi sweet chocolate
  • 16 oz. heavy cream


  • In a sauce-pan heat the cream to simmer.
  • In a bowl that is large enough to work with both the chocolate and cream, spread out the chocolate nibs.
  • When the cream is simmering, pour over the chocolate and stir to make the two ingredients into one-Ganache.
