Chocolate ganache
Equal weight of heavy cream and chocolate
Ingredients
- 16 oz. Semi sweet chocolate
- 16 oz. heavy cream
Instructions
- In a sauce-pan heat the cream to simmer.
- In a bowl that is large enough to work with both the chocolate and cream, spread out the chocolate nibs.
- When the cream is simmering, pour over the chocolate and stir to make the two ingredients into one-Ganache.
