Caprese salad

Ingredients
- 16 oz. Bocconcini
- 1 lrg. Red onion diced
- 16 oz. Plum tomatoes
- 1 cup Freshly chopped basil
- 1 tsp. Sea salt
- 1 tsp. Freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 Cup White Balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 Cup Extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Combine the salad ingredients, season with salt and pepper.
- Combine the oil and vinegar and pour over salad. Manga!
